Report Mosquito Activity

If you live within the Four Rivers Vector Control District treatment area and are experiencing mosquito activity, please complete the Mosquito Activity Report Form below.

We maintain a tentative treatment schedule on our website that outlines when crews plan to be in specific areas (weather permitting). Even if your area is already scheduled, submitting a report is extremely helpful. Your input allows us to:

• Identify locations with especially high mosquito populations

• Monitor changing conditions

• Adjust treatment priorities when necessary

Community reports are an important part of our surveillance and response efforts.

Important Information

• Fogging is conducted only in the evening, late night, or early morning hours to help protect pollinators and other beneficial insects.

• Fogging does not occur when temperatures are below 50°F, as treatments are less effective in cooler conditions.

• We do not provide on-demand service calls; however, we strongly encourage residents to report areas of concern using our official reporting form.
